The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was just a stone's throw away from the historic Old Town Square and within easy reach of Charles Bridge. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a mini bar that offered reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring that our needs were always met.
The breakfast options could have been more varied, especially for a higher-rated hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Ventana Hotel in the heart of Prague. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main square. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from English-style to continental. Our room was clean and tidy, with a stunning view of the nearby church and cobblestone streets. The hotel's understated elegance added to the overall charm of our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the outdated air conditioning and uncomfortable bedding, we still highly recommend Ventana Hotel for its central location, excellent service, and overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

Superb location in the middle of the pedestrianised Old Town. Wonderful view from superior room. Small, quaint and charming with reserved but helpful staff. Polite bell boy. Great location, walking distance to the center. Very helpful and clean rooms. Excellent location on Old Town square, quick walk to landmarks. Slightly quirky charm but great amenities. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. Our room was spacious with exclusive amenities and a very comfortable bed. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the buffet breakfast had a great selection with special diet menus available. the staff provided excellent service and were always polite and helpful.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of a leisure/TV room and gym, but with the great location and everything else this hotel had to offer, it was not a major concern. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in a prime location.
